Copenhagen Airport Dinner

Gemma and I landed in Copenhagen around 8pm and had two hours to kill until Paul landed from London and we all took the bridge across to Sweden. Our last meal of spatzle held us for some time but we also knew that we were driving into the heart of nowhere and sustenance was needed.

Besides the many hotdog stands in the airport, Google Maps pointed us in the direction of one local establishment, Restaurant Kastrup Strandpark. It took us under ten minutes to drive and we were greeted with the most spectacular sunset.
In the distance we could see the Oresund Bridge to Sweden that we would later take. If we had more time, we could have even gone to Den Bla Planet, Denmark's answer to the Chicago Aquarium, pictured below.
We ate a delicious, expensive meal of starters--prawns for me and fish for Gemma--before driving back off into the continuing sunset to pick up Paul.
I'd recommend it if you find yourself with a spare hour or three near Copenhagen airport.
